Use the form only for information relevant to the project. Your contact details allow the project team to respond to the inquiry; the site does not publish them as website contact information.
How project information is used
Inquiry details and files are used to evaluate your request, clarify technical requirements, prepare a response and maintain the project record. The website’s inquiry service stores the submission and transfers it to the connected project-management system. Hosting and application infrastructure process that data as part of operating the service.
Attachments are intended for private project review, not public website publication. Avoid uploading credentials, financial-account information or unrelated personal data. Technical access controls do not replace any separate confidentiality agreement your project may require.

Engineering calculations run in your browser. When you choose to carry a result into an inquiry, the site stores a text brief in the browser’s session storage. These notes are not submitted by that action alone. You choose whether to paste them into the inquiry form and submit them.

Retention and requests
