Build a useful project brief
State your board dimensions, layer count, quantities and intended application. Include material, finished thickness, copper and finish requirements when known. Mark any open choices rather than filling them with assumptions. If a date matters, explain whether it is a requested dispatch date or a required arrival date so feasibility can be discussed accurately.
For assembly, include the BOM, placement data and drawings. Explain component sourcing preferences, parts you will supply, programming and functional-test requirements. Identify any procurement restrictions or approved substitutions explicitly.
Prepare attachments for review
Use one current revision and include the fabrication drawing with the manufacturing files. Compress a multi-file board package into a ZIP archive. The form supports up to five attachments, 10 MiB per file and 25 MiB total. Supported file types are ZIP, PDF, XLSX, CSV, TXT, PNG and JPG.
Do not include account passwords, payment details or unrelated personal information. If a file contains information that needs a separate handling agreement, resolve that requirement before uploading it.
What happens after submission
A successful submission displays a reference for your inquiry. Keep that reference with your project records. A submission receipt is not a production acceptance, confirmed price or delivery commitment. Engineering questions and the agreed scope are resolved before a manufacturing release.
If the form reports a validation error, correct the indicated field or file and try again. If there is no successful receipt, do not assume the project was submitted.
Your planning notes
